Stephen’s journey in the training industry is marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for nurturing talent.

In 2008, he was involved in the Train The Trainer (TTT) course, laying the foundation for his role as a training consultant, where he brought extensive expertise to help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.

With a diverse background spanning business management, offshore marketing, investment consulting, and restaurant management, Stephen possesses a wealth of expertise in various domains. His specialized knowledge includes market analysis, cross-cultural communication, investment strategies, and operational management.

Stephen’s career trajectory is a testament to his adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit. It began in 1985 when he pursued a degree in Business Management at Bellevue University in Washington State. He embarked on his professional journey in 1989 as an administrative assistant with the Cathy Group in Taiwan. Over the years, he honed his skills and expanded his horizons, taking on roles such as offshore marketing manager at Wasei Company and senior advisor at Warrant International.

Throughout his career, Stephen has played pivotal roles in various projects and ventures. Notable highlights include his involvement in the acquisition and management of the Shanghai "Da-Qian Gourmet" restaurant, his leadership as founder of the Zhen Wei Restaurant Management company which at its peak had established eight branch stores, and his contribution to business real estate projects with Oriental Horizon Business Consulting Management Group.

What Stephen enjoys most about being in the training industry is the opportunity to inspire and empower others. He thrives on the challenge of imparting knowledge, fostering growth, and equipping individuals with the skills they need to succeed in their respective fields.
