Shaun Han

Shaun has been in the training and consultancy industry for over 20 years. He specializes in sales excellence, management, and leadership development, as well as development programs for individuals.

Shaun graduated from Manchester University with a major in E-commerce. He then joined IBM in the UK as a software developer and consultant, helping to establish and interactive system between IBM and UK’s top universities, and embedding IBM concepts into the university curriculum.

After returning to China, Shaun began to be involved in the training industry and worked in a British training and consulting company as a consultant. He was later promoted to branch general manager in charge of the business in North China.

Shaun is a TTI (Target Training International) DISC certified trainer. He also holds TTAF facilitation certification and ExperiencePoint Design thinking and Embracing Change certifications.

Shaun’s recent projects include: Freudenberg (Leadership), Ocean Network Express (Sales Excellence), KONE (Leadership), Manpower (Train-The-Trainer), Johnson&Johnson (Sales and Sales Management), Schunk (Sales Excellence), Kering Group (Performance Management).

In his spare time, Shaun enjoys jogging and watching films.
