Samantha Lim

Samantha helms the backend operations, project management and marketing aspects of the Luminar team and enjoys the behind-the-scenes work which enables the rest of the team to shine as they deliver our signature coaching and training all over the world.

Being in the training industry is familiar ground to her, as she was previously in the education sector as a full-fledged teacher from 2010, and went on to a non-profit organization in 2014 where she led multiple and cross-functional teams of up to 300 people, conducting training, upskilling, people development programs, coaching and mentoring leaders. The greatest joys in her career have come from watching people grow in confidence through believing and investing in themselves.

After a decade of a career in education and people development, Samantha took the opportunity to start an online retail business entirely from home during the pandemic. She has since returned to the workforce, now armed with new digital marketing skills, retail, and business experience.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys music, crafts, and outdoor activities with her family.
