Motoaki Goto has been active in the international training and coaching industry since 1996, and is well-versed in conducting leadership and management, sales and marketing training all across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Within Asia, his extensive experience includes working with companies in Japan, Korea, China, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.

A professional cultural nomad, Motoaki enjoys interacting with people of different nationalities, culture, behavior, and mindsets. His warm, easy-going and entertaining demeanor enables him to connect and train others effectively. In terms of knowledge fields, his expertise lies in:

Motoaki was the Sales Director for an international trading company, managing export sales and marketing for 13 years since 1982. Thereafter, he joined an European training and coaching company where he led coaching and training as Senior Consultant from 1996 to 2021. He also holds TTI DISC certification. The highlights of his career are:

  • Coaching executives on strategic thinking and planning.

In his spare time, Motoaki conducts his own research on leadership behavior.
