Jonathan Wan

Jonathan is a people developer and management professional with leadership success in various industries. His experience spans food & beverage, hotel & resort management, exhibition, media, and travel. Trained in hospitality, Jonathan has worked at Holiday Inn, a major resort with the biggest waterpark in Southeast Asia, and with Michelin chefs at The World Gourmet Summit.

Jonathan later transitioned into training and people development. His expertise includes Team Leadership, Change Management, Coaching, Performance Management, Personal Branding, Cross-Cultural Communications, Public Speaking, Storytelling Presentation Skills, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

He holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified DISC profile consultant with the Institute of Motivational Living. He also holds the following certifications:

• IHRP Certified Professional, Institute for Human Resource Professionals

• Diploma in Marketing Management, Oklahoma City University with the Management Development Institute of Singapore

Earlier in his career, Jonathan was a decorated officer in the Singapore Police Force (SPF). He served as an aide-de-camp to two Presidents of Singapore. He was also an SPF leadership assessor, responsible for assessing and placing senior officers in command roles.

In his spare time, Jonathan volunteers with VietHope and enjoys working with youths. He also loves trail running and shooting.
