John is a visionary thought leader in culture, leadership, and sales with a remarkable twenty-year career on a global scale. Known for his ability to drive transformative shifts in mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors, John excels in moving people from “Know-How” to “Show-How” to “Be-How”.
Before transitioning to consultancy and coaching, John advanced from Sales Representative to CEO at renowned companies including PepsiCo, Pfizer, IBM, Nestlé, and Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery. His talent for connecting with others and fostering positive change has consistently distinguished him throughout his career.
John's extensive international experience spans the U.S., Spain, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. He is a native speaker of both English and Spanish and is fluent in Portuguese. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Furman and Georgetown Universities, and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina. John is also a published author, keynote speaker, and expert facilitator in a variety of programs. He pioneered a groundbreaking methodology for assessing, documenting, and nurturing values-based corporate culture, giving companies a unique competitive advantage.
