David has 30 years of experience in training workshops and speaking engagements. This journey ignited his passion for training, which he now pursues full-time. He believes in training, reinforcement, and coaching to improve a company’s most valuable asset – its workforce. As a facilitator, he uses practical examples to enhance learning and performance.

David's expertise covers various sectors, including chemicals, coatings, electronics, and semiconductors. He focuses on sales, business development, and leadership. Before his training career, he was Head of Global Business Line at a German multinational company. There, he was responsible for achieving top- and bottom-line targets. His roles in sales and business development evolved into leadership positions across European and American companies. This diverse experience honed his skills in interpersonal communication and collaboration across cultures.

David is well-versed in sales tools like Holden Sales Training, Challenger Sales, Creating Client Value, and Professional Selling Skills. He has attended management training at ESMT and completed a Strategic Thinking course at INSEAD. He also holds a degree in Business Management from the National University of Singapore. David enjoys setting up and building new businesses, coaching teams, and helping customers solve problems.

In his spare time, David enjoys hiking, connecting with friends and family, and playing board games. He is passionate about helping others reach their full potential, both professionally and personally.
